OUR CLASSES
BEGINNERS POLE
This is the very start of your pole journey. Our beginners’ class is for first timers where you will learn fundamental pole moves and basic floor work throughout the course of 8 weeks. Each week you will learn a few different moves and incorporate them into a mini routine. Have lots of laughs and gain confidents!
INTERMEDIATE 1
This level is where you will start incorporating all your beginner moves into transitional combinations. This is also the first time you’ll be upside down on the pole. Learning classic moves such as, the Layout, Hello Boys, Bent Leg Layback, Carousel and Crucifix/Bat.
INTERMEDIATE 2
This level is where you get to hang upside down with only one leg hooked. Learning lots of impressive inverted moves on the pole, for example: Invert to Straddle, Outside Leg Hang, Inside Leg Hang, Bent Leg Butterfly, Ballerina.
INTERMEDIATE 3
This level focuses more on your upper strength, where you will learn to invert aerially, start to hold your body weight upside down in an Ayesha and in an Extended Butterfly. Additional moves include Extended Layback, Allegra, Crescent Moon and Superman.
PRE-ADVANCED 1
This level focuses on core and arm strength to help you transition your pole moves fluidly. Moves include, Jamilla to Extended Butterfly, Shoulder Mounts and Handsprings. In this level we will also be focusing on some Flexy moves like the Jade Split and chopsticks.
PRE-ADVANCED 2
This level requires you to have great degree of flexibility, core and arm strength, we will focus on flexy and strength moves aerially on the pole. Some of the moves include Jallegra, Meat Hook, and Aerial Jamilla to Extended Butterfly, Outside and Inside Leg Cocoons, Aerial Shouldermounts.
ADVANCED
In this level you are an absolute pole addict! You will be taught advanced aerial combinations and moves that require a great deal of strength and flexibility. Some of the moves include Deadlifts, Iron X, Russian Split, Phoenix and Machine Gun, to name a few.
OTHER CLASSES
STRETCH CLASS
This class we will help you improve on your flexibility through a combination of active flexibity, static flexibility and PNF stretches. PNF stretching is a technique that uses reflexes to produce deeper and more effective stretches. It can help improve flexibility and injury recovery in most muscles of thebody. You will be taught the fundamentals of how to get into some flexible positions for example:front and side splits. Apart from flexibility, actively working the muscle in a lengthened state is also part of this class where we focus on your strength.
DANCE CLASSES
Always wanted to dance in those high heels? Learn how to confidently dance in a pair of heels incorporating sexy floorwork and fluid transitions around the pole. We have a variety of classes to suit everyone.
SLOW HEELS DANCE
Learn the art of dancing in heels covering all the basic skills including: walking, pirouettes and pivoting, leg waves, body rolls and beautiful fan kicks at an easy to follow pace. By the end of 8 weeks you will have learned how to express yourself with stunning musicality, divine transitions, and will flow through each movement making your confidence soar.
EXOTIC HEELS DANCE
In this super fun intro level class you will get to dance in your pole heels to popular music, learning technique, fluidity and working on clean lines in a more hard-hitting jazz style. As well as incorporating the sensual floorwork inspired by exotic dancers. You will learn an empowering routine over your 8 week course and have the option of performing in front of friends and family during your last class. Knee Pads may be required.
BURLESQUE DANCE
Think Glitz & Glamour in this more theatrical style of dance where you get to be playful and interpret the well know music of Broadway! Heels are optional but recommended as you bring to life the cheeky and sensual undertones of this fabulous and fun style.
HARDSTYLE EXOTIC
For the more advanced poler this class is bound to get your heart rate soaring. With creative transitions around the pole, flips, balances, and epic drops, you will learn hard hitting choreography to your favourite dubstep. Boots & kneepads required.
CHAIR DANCE
Get in touch with your sultry side as you learn choreography using the chair as a prop. Chair dance is flirty and fun, whilst also a great full body workout as you navigate around the chair and learn poses that will make you feel like a boss! The best fun you'll have sitting down! Perfect for the beginner.
LIQUID BASEWORK
In this class you will learn the art of fluid movement around the base of the pole and how to creatively travel between poles. Floorwork is a core component of pole dance, and this class allows dancers to explore new dimensions and dynamic ranges of movement to then incorporate into to choreography. A great class to add to your schedule if you are a competitive poler or considering a solo routine at some stage. Each week you will learn new movement patterns and explore slides, rolls and the use of momentum. Kneepads, socks and long pants/tights required.
ALL YOU CAN DANCE BUFFET
An awesome class where over the 8 week course you get to sample a variety of dance styles perfect for the absolute beginner.

Week 7 & 8 Exotic Dance

POLE STRENGTH
This cross-training style class is designed to condition you and strengthen your body to help you nail those moves, with body weight exercises such as push-ups and planks, basic invert drills to shoulder mount drills using the poles, it provides the perfect balance to help you reach your pole goals. Open to all levels.
FITNESS CiRcuiT
A high intensity circuit workout using all major muscle groups with a variety of exercises to challenge you, this motivating workout will improve cardio and muscle strength. Book in for a total body workout. Open to all levels.

We will send you aninvoice via email. 50% deposit is required to secure your spot (there are no holds until this isreceived), balance is payable prior to first class, unless otherwise arranged with reception.Alternatively, you can book at reception during studio open hours and pay by Cash, Eftpos, Afterpayor Internet Banking (provide a screenshot of payment referencing your name and class).
