OUR CLASSES
BEGINNERS POLE
This is the very start of your pole journey. Our beginners’ class is for first timers where you will learn fundamental pole moves and floor work throughout the course of 8 weeks. Each week you will learn a different move and incorporate them into a choreographed routine in the last couple of weeks.
INTERMEDIATE 1
This level is where you will start incorporating all your beginner moves into transitional combinations. This is also the first time you’ll be upside down on the pole. Learning classic moves such as, the Layout, Hello Boys, Bent Leg Layback, Carousel and Crucifix/Bat.
INTERMEDIATE 2
This level is where you get to hang upside down with only one leg hooked. Learning all inverted moves on the pole for example: Invert Straddle, Outside Leg Hang, Inside Leg Hang, Bent Leg Butterfly, Ballerina.
INTERMEDIATE 3
This level focuses more on your upper strength, where you will learn to invert aerially, start to hold your body weight upside down in an Ayesha and in an Extended Butterfly. Additional moves include Extended Layback, Allegra, Crescent Moon and Superman.
PRE-ADVANCED 1
This level focuses on core and arm strength to help you transition your pole moves fluidly. Moves include, Jamilla to Extended Butterfly, Shoulder Mounts and Handsprings. In this level we will also be focusing on some Flexy moves.
PRE-ADVANCED 2
This level requires you to have great degree of flexibility, core and arm strength, we will focus on flexy and strength moves aerially on the pole. Some of the moves include Jade Split, Meat Hook, and Aerial Jamilla to Extended Butterfly, Outside and Inside Leg Cocoons, Aerial Shouldermounts.
ADVANCED
In this level you are an absolute pole addict! You will be taught advanced aerial combinations and moves that require a great deal of strength and flexibility. Some of the moves include Deadlifts, Iron X, Russian Split and Machine Gun, to name a few.
OTHER CLASSES
gET FLEXY
This class we will help you improve on your flexibility through a combination of active flexibity, static flexibility and PNF stretches. PNF stretching is a technique that uses reflexes to produce deeper and more effective stretches. It can help improve flexibility and injury recovery in most muscles of thebody. You will be taught the fundamentals of how to get into some flexible positions for example:front and side splits. Apart from flexibility, actively working the muscle in a lengthened state is also part of this class where we focus on your strength.
EXOTIC HEELS, Burlesque & Slow Heels DANCE
Always wanted to dance in those high heels? Learn how to confidently dance in a pair of heels incorporating sexy floorwork and fluid transitions around the pole. Any pair of heels will do, we do recommend additionally bringing a pair of knee pads. Open to all levels.
POLE X STRENGTH
This cross-training style class is designed to condition you and strengthen your body to help you nail those moves, with body weight exercises such as push-ups and planks, basic invert drills to shoulder mount drills using the poles, it provides the perfect balance to help you reach your pole goals. Open to all levels.
XTREME CiRcuiT
A high intensity circuit workout using all major muscle groups with a variety of exercises to challenge you, this motivating workout will improve cardio and muscle strength. Book in for a total body workout. Open to all levels.More classes will be added as the studio grows.
HOW DO I BOOK MY CLASSES?
Please contact us via Instagram or Facebook messenger to book your classes. We will send you aninvoice via email. 50% deposit is required to secure your spot (there are no holds until this isreceived), balance is payable prior to first class, unless otherwise arranged with reception.Alternatively, you can book at reception during studio open hours and pay by Cash, Eftpos, Afterpayor Internet Banking (provide a screenshot of payment referencing your name and class).
